MARIA TOSCANO

Based in Williamson County, Texas Maria Toscano predominantly practices criminal law. Prior to joining the A. Vega Rubio Law team, Maria practiced family law in a non-profit organization and handled highly sensitive matters, including cases involving family violence and protective orders.
Maria received her undergraduate degree from Texas Woman’s University and her law degree from Baylor Law School. Though not a Texas native, Maria has spent the majority of her life in Texas and feels passionate about the community. She is committed to serving clients in the best way possible.
Maria understands how overwhelming legal matters can be and works to ensure that clients understand their options. As a native Spanish speaker herself, she also believes that language should not be an added barrier in an already complicated legal system. Maria often works with Spanish speaking clients to make them comfortable and ensure they are given a voice and feel heard every step of the way.
Whatever your case may be, Maria will work to make sure your rights are protected.
